Pubs 'n' Bars Plc, the pub owner and operator, confirms that all resolutions put
to shareholders at the Company's  Annual General Meeting held today were duly
passed. This included increasing the authorised share capital from  7,500,000 to
10,000,000 Ordinary Shares.
