there has been a change in 3I Group plc's material interest in the shares of our
company.

We were notified on 8th October that their interest now comprises 4,555,000
Ordinary Shares of 10p.  The registered holder of these shares is RBSTB

We were notified on 11th October that their interest now comprises 4,055,000
Ordinary Shares of 10p.  The registered holder of these shares is RBSTB Nominees
Limited.
