Give it a rest. Looking at how the stock behaved when the company announced the new financing deal with LLC, I am expecting the same when the proxy passes, and hopefully we get some extra announcements to offset the dilution at a much higher PPS.

Well, I do handle all my friends money, I am a Championship head football coach for middle school kids in FL. Invented three energy products. I got 17 KO, been TKO 3 times.. drooling calling for my Mom Mom, The ref waved his hands this fight is over lol. Listen BURU is in a really bad place, over $100mill in dept, lost 22mil last q. no money in the bank, No revenues. Just Wiped out the last shareholders in July on a one for 40 reverse split and now they have to do some more toxic dilution and they will wipe out the next shareholders that are in it. BURU has so much debt that if they had to sell their patents they would probably break even and that means zero for shareholders. BRUR could go into the low teens before the end of the month with any share selling just shareholders running for the door

Boy your new in the market, didn't you notice how the stock went straight up and straight down. If they really had that deal it would've stayed up and kept going. They don't have a $65 million deal, this is a toxic dilution scam

Not to worry they're going to get as much cash as they can to the roof they're gonna go. It doesn't matter that the Floor is $.30 if they have to sell shares to get those people paid they're gonna have to sell shares. You have studied the stock market I'm hoping right.

No I don't hate the stock, I love the stock because I flip this stock and all stocks that are being pumped just like it. It's a money making machine for flippers. Now people who think that this is a great company they're delusional this is toxic dilution at its best.

I don't need to try. On the 27 it will be Voted in. After a couple of days still do an 8K on receiving the 35 million. Then they will do a PR and then they will start selling the hundred million shares into the market three weeks later they will announce the reverse split and then the company will be fully compliant because their shares will be over a dollar they'll be back down to 1,000,000 to 2,000,000 shares outstanding and you all will be wiped out

No, I won't, they'll be doing this hundred million share dilution Within the next month. You're allowed to have One for every 200 shares every two years. The last reverse split was a one for 40. You need to do some studying

You're going to have a long wait....there can't be a 2nd Reverse Split - we just had one.

Hey, hey, I've been daytrading this since the beginning of October, but after this recent report, I am no longer day trading it, the technicals will not hold up to the dump. I have it on my boards, so I'll watch it all the time I'm just going to wait for the reverse split. At that point, I'll reevaluate.

I gotta say backstabbed, you confuse me. You do realize that BURU just did a reverse split 1/24/ 2024 A 1 for 40 wiped out all the shareholders. They have accumulated over 120, million in debt. The first nine months of this year they accumulated 22 million in debt. With only 232,000 in the bank. You are beaten a dead horse, You need to protect your money because this company is not going to protect it for you

35 million is a valid reason for the company, not for you shareholders, and us flippers, we're not a valid reason. For a company to survive like this one they need to sell shares consistently and reverse split consistently until they can start turning a profit. That is stock market 101 and they don't care anything about shareholders.

No, it's not that's the best case scenario, if they go with a 35 million then they will have to keep giving them shares until they get to the 35 million. It could go to 300 million shares if this goes all the way down to 10 or $.15they still gotta cover that 35 million so if they go with the 106 million shares, they might not get 35 million cause by the time they take out that 106 million shares this will be penny 

106M is worst case scenario! At this depressed PPS. IMO only.

Wow, 106 million shares to hit the market. Then they'll do a reverse split. BURU has been a good flip for me, I'm gonna stay away from it for a little while I could easily get trapped in it I'll wait for after the reverse split to start playing it after it settles in

And the company has not made any comment on the massive vol and huge daily swings so that's strange to me as well
