London Stock Exchange Likely to Face Shareholder Revolt Over CEO Pay Raise -Sky News

-- Institutional Shareholder Services has urged investors to
vote against a remuneration report that would grant London Stock
Exchange Group PLC Chief Executive David Schwimmer a 25% increase
in his base salary, Sky News reports.
-- A substantial minority of shareholders in the company are
therefore likely to vote against the remuneration report to approve
Mr. Schwimmer's pay raise, Sky News says.
-- Mr. Schwimmer was paid a total of 6.9 million pounds ($9.5
million) in 2020, up from GBP2.5 million in 2019, Sky News
reports.
