Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate Plc ("KWE", the "Company") announces that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of no par value each (the "Ordinary Shares") on the London Stock Exchange from J&E Davy as part of its buyback programme announced on 28 September 2016. The purchase noted below concludes the GBP100 million share buyback programme announced on 28 September 2016.

The Company intends to cancel these Ordinary Shares.

Following the above transaction, the Company will have 126,133,407. Ordinary Shares in issue. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in KWE is 126,133,407. This is the figure which should be used by shareholders of the Company as the denominator when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Company's articles of association and the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury.
