KELLER BOARD APPOINTMENT
Keller Group plc ("Keller"), the international ground
engineering specialist, announces the appointment of Mr
Paul Withers to its Board as Senior
Independent Director, with effect from 17
December 2012.
Mr Withers, a Chartered Engineer, was formerly Group Managing
Director at BPB plc ("BPB"), the international building materials
business, where he combined the roles of Managing Director,
Emerging Markets and Business Development Director. This involved
leading BPB's businesses in Asia
and South America, whilst also
having broad responsibility for group acquisitions and strategy
development. Prior to this, Mr Withers held a number of senior
roles within BPB.
Mr Withers is a non-executive director of Devro plc, Premier
Farnell plc and Hyder Consulting PLC.
Mr Gerry Brown, who has served on
the Keller Board since 2001 and as Senior Independent Director
since 2008, remains on the Board as a Non-executive Director, but
will not be offering himself for re-election at the 2013 Annual
General Meeting.
