Hydrogen Group plc ("Hydrogen", the "Group")

Issue of equity pursuant to an exercise of options

Hydrogen Group, the global specialist recruitment group, announces that is has made has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of 107,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each ("New Shares") and released from treasury 379,479 Ordinary Shares to satisfy the exercise of 486,479 options granted under the Group's Minority Interest Share Scheme.

The New Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 30 May 2019.

Following this admission, the Group's share capital and total voting rights comprises 34,334,927 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Group holds 5,521 Ordinary Shares in treasury and 1,162,051 in the Company's Employee Benefit Trust. Consequently, 33,167,355 is the figure which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Hydrogen under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
