Total Voting Rights 

 

As at the close of business on 30 June 2008, the Company's issued share capital
comprised 13,855,000 Ordinary shares of 25p, with each Ordinary share carrying
the right to one vote.

The above figure of 13,855,000 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under
the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
