    The Board of FRM Credit Alpha Limited (the "Company") announces that application has been made for the Shares of the Company to be
removed from listing on the Official List and trading on the Main Market of the Irish Stock Exchange.  The Irish Stock Exchange has agreed
that the Shares be delisted with effect from 2 September 2008.
