                              DIRECTOR'S DEALING                               

The Board of the Company was yesterday informed that David Snow, a director,
acquired 50,000 shares in the Company, at a price of 8.9p per share.

As a result, Mr Snow has an interest in 1,090,000 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing 2.36 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company is 46,250,002 ordinary shares of 1p
each.
