                                (the "Company")

                        Grant of Restricted Share Units

The Company granted 65,000 restricted share units ("RSUs") to David Grannell
(Director and CFO) under the Company's Restricted Share Unit Plan. The RSUs are
redeemable for an equal number of common shares of the Company on 31 December
2005. The RSUs were granted in recognition of milestones achieved during the
year, including obtaining environmental and mining permits for Stratoni, the
commencement of production at Stratoni, the signing of off-take agreements for
concentrates produced at Stratoni, the completion of an in-house pre-feasibility
at Certej and the listing of the Company's shares on the TSX.
