Karen Zink Elected President and Chief Operating Officer of the Berkshire Gas Company PITTSFIELD, Mass., April 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of The Berkshire Gas Company, announced today the election of Karen Zink as President and Chief Operating Officer of Berkshire Gas Company. Ms. Zink will replace Robert M. Allessio. Mr. Allessio will remain Chief Executive Officer and will also become Chairman of the Board. These appointments are effective May 1, 2004.
