DIRECTORS' INTERESTS IN SHARES

On 12 April 2005, 1,464 shares were allocated at #9.63 under the Company's All
Employee Share Ownership Plan which total included 13 shares for each of
Lord Harris, Mr J Kitching, Mr C Sollesse, Mr M Harris and Mr D Shapland.

Also included in the purchase were 13 shares purchased for Mrs Caroline
Sollesse. Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's
beneficial interest, below.

Additionally, 50,000 shares have been transferred from The Philip & Pauline
Harris Charitable Trust to a registered charity as a gift, reducing Lord
Harris's non-beneficial shareholding to 937,000.

The beneficial shareholdings for these directors are now:
