DIRECTORS' INTERESTS IN SHARES

On 14 March 2005, 1,230 shares were allocated at #10.64 under the Company's All
Employee Share Ownership Plan which total included 12 shares for each of
Lord Harris, Mr J Kitching, Mr C Sollesse, Mr M Harris and Mr D Shapland.

Also included in the purchase were 12 shares purchased for Mrs Caroline
Sollesse. Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's
beneficial interest, below.

Additionally, Lord Harris has transferred 4,650 shares to a registered charity
as a gift.
