DIRECTORS' INTERESTS IN SHARES

On 22 February 2005, 1,056 shares were allocated at #10.69 in respect of
dividend reinvestment under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan
which total included 13 shares for each of Lord Harris, Mr J Kitching, and
Mr C Sollesse and 4 shares for each of Mr M Harris and Mr D Shapland.

Also included in the purchase were 8 shares purchased for Mrs Caroline Sollesse.
Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial
interest, below.
