DIRECTORS' INTERESTS IN SHARES

All Employee Share Ownership Plan which total included 11 shares for each of
Lord Harris, Mr J Kitching, Mr C Sollesse, Mr M Harris and Mr D Shapland.

Also included in the purchase were 11 shares purchased for Mrs Caroline
Sollesse. Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's
