    Temporary Suspension 


    CEC Unet Plc (Ticker: CECU) announces that the trading of its shares has been suspended with immediate effect, pending the publication
of the half year report for the six months ended 30 June 2008 (the "Interim Results"). 

    CECU is in the final stages of preparing the Interim Results, but is in discussions with its auditors regarding a potential adjustment
which would reduce the Company's reported loss for the year ended 31 December 2007.
