Disclosure and Transparency Rules, following the disposal of 5,400,000 ordinary
shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 28 January 2008, RAB
Special Situations (Master) Fund Limited no longer has a notifiable interest in
the issued share capital of the Company.

RAB Capital Plc acts as investment manager for RAB Special Situations (Master)
Fund Limited.
