Burani Designer Holding N.V. a company quoted on the Alternative Investment
Market ("AIM") of the London Stock Exchange and offering Italian lifestyle
products and services to customers world-wide, announces that its subsidiary,
BDH Food Design s.r.l., a sub-holding specialised in Italian fine foods, has
entered into a framework agreement with Chocolat s.r.l, for the establishment of
a joint venture to develop a network of premium  Italian ice cream boutiques in
Italy and abroad under the Chocolat brand.


Chocolat s.r.l has strong experience in the segment and will provide BDH Food
Design with access to the Chocolat brand as well as its knowledge in the
production and distribution of premium ice cream. BDH Food Design will
contribute its extensive experience in the production, marketing, and
distribution of luxury goods internationally.
