                          Transactions in MBFG shares




Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that it
purchased 98,043 ordinary shares in Mariella Burani Fashion Group (MBFG) on 27
November 2007 at a price of Euro18.27 per share for a total consideration of
Euro1,791,069. As a result of this transaction, BDH currently holds 17,134,026
ordinary shares of MBFG, representing 57.3% of the total outstanding shares of
MBFG.
