                          Transactions in MBFG shares


Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that it has
purchased 234,719 ordinary shares in Mariella Burani Fashion Group (MBFG)
between 21 November and 23 November 2007 at an average price of Euro18.92 per share
for a total consideration of Euro4,441,609. As a result of this transaction, BDH
currently holds 17,039,983 ordinary shares of MBFG, representing 56.96% of the
total outstanding shares of MBFG.
