                      Transactions in BDH and MBFG shares


Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that it has
purchased 61,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 20 November 2007 at a price
of Euro6.06 per share for a total consideration of Euro369,666. All of the purchased
shares are being held in treasury to satisfy awards to executive directors of
the Company under the BDH Free Shares Plan.  The total number of Ordinary Shares
over which awards have been granted under the BDH Free Shares Plan is 372,155;
251,675 of which have already been transferred to the beneficiaries.  As a
result of these purchases, the Company currently holds 85,212 ordinary shares in
treasury. The Company has ordinary shares in issue of 75,518,604 (excluding
shares held in treasury).

In addition, from 15th November to 20th November, the Company purchased a total
of 433,461 shares of Mariella Burani Fashion Group (MBFG) at an average price of
Euro20.58 per share and a total consideration of Euro8,921,823. As a result of this
transaction, BDH currently holds 16,801,264 ordinary shares of MBFG,
representing 56.18% of the total outstanding shares of MBFG.
