                      Transactions in BDH and MBFG shares


Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that it has
purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 16 November 2007 at a price
of Euro6.80 per share for a total consideration of Euro136,000. All of the purchased
shares are being held in treasury to satisfy awards to executive directors of
the Company under the BDH Free Shares Plan. The total number of Ordinary Shares
over which awards have been granted under the BDH Free Shares Plan is 372,155,
251,675 of which have already been transferred to the beneficiaries. As a result
of these purchases, the Company currently holds 24,212 ordinary shares in
treasury. The Company has ordinary shares in issue of 75,579,604 (excluding
shares held in treasury).
