        Transactions in shares of Mariella Burani Fashion Group ("MBFG")

Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH") announces that on 26 October 2007 it
purchased 43,934 ordinary shares in MBFG at a price of Euro22.64, representing a
purchase consideration of Euro994,806 and on 29 October 2007 it purchased 34,718
ordinary shares in MBFG at a price of Euro22.65, representing a purchase
consideration of Euro786,362 million.

As a result of these transactions, BDH currently holds 16,367,803 ordinary
shares of MBFG, representing 54.7% of the total outstanding shares of MBFG.
