Authorised by AGM to implement decision No 16/1996 (June 14), the Board of
Director of TVK Rt. has allocated 234,843 newly issued registered shares with a
face value of HUF 1,010 each to its 116 top officials.  The stock capital of the
company was increased at the same time.  The officials will have the shares at
their disposal after November 3, 1998.
