Karbon Homes has appointed Greg van Enk-Bones as Interim Executive Director of Resources.

Karbon Homes is a housing association that owns or manages almost 30,000 properties across the North East of England and Yorkshire and is developing more homes every year.

Paul Fiddaman, Group Chief Executive at Karbon Homes said: "Following Mark Reid's decision to leave Karbon, we have appointed Greg van Enk-Bones in an interim position. This will enable a smooth transition between Mark and the new permanent Executive Director of Resources, once appointed."

Greg originally trained in the Lloyd's of London insurance market and has spent the past 18 years in housing finance, the last 10 of which in non-executive Board roles and Executive Director positions covering finance, ICT, governance and HR in Resources, and also Development, Asset and Estates management.

As part of his MBA at Manchester Business School, Greg specialised in how regulation and culture impact on Value for Money in Housing Associations. Greg is a qualified accountant and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).

Greg joins the organisation on Monday 17 June 2019.
