Belarus is seeking to secure a loan of no less than $1 billion secured by potash maker Belaruskali's future export revenues or the company's assets, First Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Semashko said Thursday, the Interfax news agency reported.

"I think we will get the money at the end of July," Semashko was quoted as saying.
