JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MICEX-RTS, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces the agenda of the Board of Directors to be held in absentia on April 16, 2013.

The agenda includes the following items:

1. On review of the reports of the Chairmen of Committees at the Board of Directors of the Company with regard to the performance results.

2. On approval of the report with regard to the implementation of the Innovative Development Program of RusHydro for 2011-2015 projected for the year of 2021 in 2012.

3. On approval of the report with regard to the implementation of priority projects within the Innovative Development Program of RusHydro for 2011-2015 projected for the year of 2021 in 2012.

4. On determination of number of members of the Management Board of RusHydro.

5. On election of a member of the Management Board of RusHydro.

The information on decisions of the Board will be made available in compliance with regulatory requirements.
