Explanation of Responses:
(1)	6,617,990 common shares were inadvertently disclosed in the original filing as having been owned directly by the Reporting Person. The correct number of shares held directly as of July 12, 2019 is disclosed herein.
(2)	124,096 common shares were inadvertently disclosed in the original filing as having been owned indirectly by the Reporting Person through Aleksandr & Polina Blyumkin Trust. The correct number of shares so held indirectly as of July 12, 2019 is disclosed herein.

Remarks:
In addition, a total of 1,180,940 common shares were inadvertently disclosed in the original filing as having been owned indirectly by the Reporting Person through Dalex Holding, Inc. (as to 34,481 common shares), Dalex Investments, Inc. (as to 7,833 common shares), MCW Fuels, LLC (as to 306,667 common shares), Palmira Associates, Inc. (as to 749,070 common shares) and VM Solutions, Inc. (as to 82,889 common shares.) The Reporting Person overlooked the fact that he had: (a) caused Dalex Holding, Inc. and Dalex Investments, Inc. to sell all of the common shares of the Issuer held through them on September 1, 2017; (b) caused MCW Fuels, LLC to sell all of the common shares of the Issuer held though it on August 25, 2017; (c) sold his interest in Palmira Associates Inc. in 2017; and (d) never held any direct or indirect interest in VM Solutions Inc.
As disclosed in the original filing, the Reporting Person also indirectly owned as of July 12, 2019 - and continues to indirectly own - 507,098 common shares of the Issuer through Express Consulting, LLC.
