Item 7.01   Regulation FD Disclosure.
 
On June 18, 2019, Petro River Oil Corp. (the “ Company ”) began utilizing a new corporate presentation (the “ Corporate Presentation ”) for business purposes. A copy of the Corporate Presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

On June 18, 2019, the Company issued a press release providing shareholders with a corporate update and access to the Corporate Presentation. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.2.
