  • A net loss of $273,000 or $0.15 per share, compared with a net profit of $181,000 or $0.10 per share for the same period in 2011.
  • Total Assets increased by $19.8 million to $120.7 million, a 19.6% growth from $100.8 million at March 31, 2011.
  • Loans outstanding increased by $12.9 million to $82.9 million, a 18.5% growth from $69.9 million at March 31, 2011.
  • Deposits outstanding increased $19.7 million to $103.6 million, a 23.5% growth from $83.8 million at March 31, 2011.
  • The Bank provided $279,000 for loan losses for the quarter; allowance for loan losses to total gross loans was 2.67% as of March 31, 2012.
  • Non-accrual loans, as of March 31, 2012, totaled $4,254,000 comprising of one conventional loan ($3,248,000) and two SBA 7A loans with 75% SBA-guaranteed.
  • The Bank continues to be categorized as “well-capitalized” under the regulatory guidelines, with Tier 1 leverage capital ratio of 10.30%, Tier 1 risk-based capital ratio of 16.17%, and Total risk-based capital ratio of 17.44%.
