(OTC:IPLY) (BULLETIN BOARD: IPLY) today announced earnings for the second quarter ended June 30, 2007. The Company reported a net income of $5.46 million, or $.05 per basic and diluted share, compared to a net income of $2.06 million, or $.002 per basic and diluted share, in the same period last year. Net revenues for the three months ended June 30, 2007 were $5,812,000, an increase of 2,431% compared to the same period in 2006. During the second quarter the Company sold the rights to "Fallout" in the amount of $5,750,000 and obtained an exclusive license, under certain conditions, to use the IP for the purpose of developing an Interplay branded "Fallout" Massively Multiplayer Online Game (MMOG). Net revenues for the six months ended June 30, 2007 were $5,893,000 a increase of 1,708% compared to the same period in 2006 mainly attributable to the sale of the "Fallout" Intellectual Property.
