Item 8.01 Other Events

On February 19, 2020, in response to a request by Shanghai Qiao Hong Real Estate, Ltd and its subsidiaries (the “Plaintiff”) in the lawsuit filed on January 10, 2020 against the Company for breach of contract (the “Lawsuit”) in a District Court in Shanghai, China (the “Court”), the Court dismissed the Lawsuit against the Company.
