HeadsUp Entertainment International Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HDUP), operators of the Canadian Poker Tour (CPT), Canadian Poker Player Magazine and the Canadian Poker Player Television Network, announced today that they have launched an online version of their magazine to supplement the current distribution model. Management believes that this additional offering will increase the number of readers of the magazine by over 800% thereby substantially increasing its value to sponsors and advertisers and exposing its marketing of CPT proprietary events and promotions to more players in Canada and internationally. Magazine revenues are expected to more than triple over the first 2 quarters of 2011 based on this expansion of the distribution model.

The company has aggressively been positioning itself within poker rooms and casinos across the country by signing exclusive distribution deals as part of its overall Casino Affiliate Marketing Package. Canadian Poker Player Magazine is currently the exclusive magazine in 9 of the major poker rooms and casinos in Canada and that number is anticipated to increase substantially through 2011. Despite competitors' attempts to send their products to these casinos, this approach has been effective in creating a barrier to distribution for other poker magazines.

Gavin finished 5th in the 2010 players' points race and will be competing in the event to crown the 2010 Player of the Year which has $50,000 added by the CPT to the prize pool.
