(OTCBB:GMEC) (the "Company" or "GMEC") announces it entered into an exclusive cooperation agreement with Rio Ferdinand ("Rio") through his manager company, New Era Global Enterprise Limited ("New Era"), to market Rio's brand name "#5" in China including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. GMEC will be granted the rights to manufacture, promote, distribute and sell #5 branded products as well as to launch the #5 digital magazine and the Products. Furthermore, New Era will become an affiliate shareholder of GMEC.

Rio is one of the most famous worldwide super soccer stars and an all – time icon of Manchester United soccer team ("MU"), which represents billions of dollars of business opportunity in China. He establishes his own brand name #5 to launch a series of merchandizes and a multi-platform digital lifestyle digital magazine that covers various entertainment related topics including music, movies & sports.
