Credit Agricole: Jacques Ripoll to Become CEO of CIB Business on Nov. 1

Credit Agricole SA (ACA.FR) said Wednesday that Jacques Ripoll
will take up his duties as the new chief executive officer of
Credit Agricole CIB, its corporate and investment bank business, as
of Nov. 1.
In July, the French banking group had named Mr. Ripoll, who was
senior executive vice president at Banco Santander before joining
the company, as the successor to Mr. Jean-Yves Hocher, who was due
to leave his post before the end of the year.
