Credit Agricole, Some Subsidiaries Fined by ECB -Reuters

--The European Central Bank fined Credit Agricole and several of
the French bank's subsidiaries for incorrectly classifying some
capital items, Reuters reports Monday.
--According to the report, the ECB said Credit Agricole had been
fined 4.3 million euros ($4.9 million), while Credit Agricole
Corporate and Investment Bank would be fined EUR300,000 and a
EUR200,000 fine would be levied on CA Consumer Finance.
--A spokesperson said Credit Agricole had been notified of the
fines by the ECB, and was considering an appeal, the report
said.
