AVP Johnsonville Hot Winter Nights Tour Heads To 17 Cities LOS

the second season of the "sand-sational" AVP Johnsonville Hot
Winter Nights Indoor Beach Volleyball Tour. The tour will showcase
2008 Olympic gold medalists Phil Dalhausser and Todd Rogers along
with other top Olympians and AVP players. Now in its second season,
the AVP Johnsonville Hot Winter Nights Tour takes the beach
experience indoors when it visits 17 cities in January and February
2009. "Beach volleyball is a year round sport so its really great
that we're able to extend the elite level of competition the AVP
provides well into the winter months," says 2008 Olympic Gold

Rosenthal. Gibb and Rosenthal return to the winter tour along with
fan favorite Casey Jennings who all shared top honors earning three
titles each during the tour's inaugural run. Also returning to the
winter tour on the women's side 2004 Bronze medalist Holly McPeak
and rising star April Ross who both brought the heat indoors with
their stellar performances in 2008. The AVP Johnsonville Hot Winter
Nights Tour is the first indoor volleyball tour of its kind and
will kick off the 2009 season on January 15. Each tour stop
consists of a three-hour round robin tournament, as well as an
indoor beach party. Taking place during the dead of winter, the Hot
Winter Nights Tour brings the beach, Olympians past and present,
and the most popular players from the summertime AVP Crocs Tour to
