These shares are beneficially owned directly by Range Kentucky Holdings LLC and indirectly by Range Exploration Partners LLC, Mr. Aschim, Mr. Byrd and Mr. Hagland. Range Exploration Partners LLC is the manager and majority owner of Range Kentucky Holdings LLC. Messrs. Aschim, Byrd and Hagland are the managers of Range Exploration Partners LLC. Messrs. Aschim, Byrd and Hagland each disclaim their beneficial ownership of the common stock reported herein except to the extent of their pecuniary interest therein.
