President & CEO of Tintina Resources Inc. Resigns

Tintina Resources Inc. ("Tintina" and/or the "Company") (TSX
VENTURE:TAU)(OTCQX:TINTF) announces that Louis Lepry, Jr. has resigned as
President and Chief Executive Officer, and as a Director of the Company
effective today.
The Board of Directors has established a special committee to search for and
appoint a replacement for Mr. Lepry. In addition, Mr. Chowdhry, currently the
Executive Vice Chairman, has been appointed as the interim Chief Executive
Officer for the Company.
