TAU Common Stock

Tintina Resources Inc. ("Tintina" and/or the "Company") (TSX
VENTURE:TAU)(OTCQX:TINTF) announces that Louis Lepry, Jr. has resigned as
President and Chief Executive Officer, and as a Director of the Company
effective today. 


The Board of Directors has established a special committee to search for and
appoint a replacement for Mr. Lepry. In addition, Mr. Chowdhry, currently the
Executive Vice Chairman, has been appointed as the interim Chief Executive
Officer for the Company. 


Raj Chowdhry said "We appreciate what Lou has done for the Company over the past
nine months and wish him all the best in the future."
