announced the appointment of Charles
Vennat to the Company's Board of Directors. In
addition, 48North announced the departure of Alison Gordon from the Company's Board.

her tenure, we introduced 48North's initial suite of cannabis
products to the recreational marketplace, opened one of the world's
largest licensed outdoor cannabis operations, raised significant

Directors.
