The Company was informed on 7 April 2003 that on 4 April 2003, Standard Life
Investments sold 75,000 ordinary shares in the Company on behalf of Standard
Life Group. As a consequence, Standard Life Group is now interested in 1,615,629
ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 3.95% of the ordinary
shares currently in issue. These ordinary shares are registered in the name of
Stanlife Nominees Limited.
