The Company was informed by Peter Gibson, a director of the Company, that he
today gifted 87,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") to various
relatives. Further to this he sold a further 62,800 Ordinary Shares to the same
relatives. The transfer and selling price was 157.5 pence per Ordinary Share


Following these transfers and sales Mr Gibson has an interest in 1,270,676
Ordinary Shares representing 3.32 per cent. of the current issued share capital
of the Company.
