                               Holding in Company

The Company was notified on 26 March 2003 by Mr Guy Thomas that the registration
of 350,000 ordinary 2p shares ("Ordinary Shares"), forming part of his
beneficial interest, was transferred on 25 March 2003 from registered holder NAH
Thomas & RG Thomas a/c Delta 2 to registered holder Radfall Limited. There is no
change to Mr Thomas's beneficial holding as a result of this transfer of
registered holders.
