Mr. Ejankowski joined the Company in 1981 after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial technology from Eastern Illinois University. Prior to this appointment, he most recently served as Manager-Softseed Manufacturing Operations, and he has also held manufacturing management positions for ADM within Brazil.
