Accenture Expects Fiscal 2022 Revenue to Grow 12% to 15% in Local Currency

Accenture PLC said it expects fiscal 2022 revenue to grow 12% to
15% in local currency as it posted higher profit for the latest
quarter.
The professional-services company on Thursday said it expects
full-year earnings of $9.90 a share to $10.18 a share. It reported
earnings of $9.16 a share for the year ended Aug. 31.
The company said it expects fiscal 2022 operating cash flow of
$8.2 billion to $8.7 billion, property and equipment additions of
$700 million and free cash flow of $7.5 billion to $8 billion.
Accenture said it expects to return at least $6.3 billion in
cash to shareholders through dividends and buybacks.
The outlook assumes that foreign-exchange effects on its results
in U.S. dollars will be about 0.5% negative compared with the prior
year. It expects its operating margin for the full year to be in
the range of 15.2% to 15.4%, and its annual effective tax rate
being 23% to 25%.
For the fiscal first quarter, the company said it expects
revenue of $13.9 billion to $14.35 billion, an increase of 18% to
22% in local currency.
