Acquisition Announcement Details • On February 24, ICON announced its entry into an agreement to acquire PRA Health Sciences. • The transaction is subject to regulatory, government and shareholder approval. The deal is expected to close in Q3 2021. • Until approval is granted, both companies will operate as separate and independent companies.
