MTC is one of twenty strategic partners on the Q-Team led by Quantech Services, Inc., headquartered in Bedford, Massachusetts and prime for the Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) small business set aside contract. The PASS vehicle has a ceiling of $800 million, with a performance period of five years and four one-year options.
