KANSAS CITY, Mo., Aug. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Maxus Realty Trust, Inc. (NASDAQ:MRTI), a real estate investment trust (the "Trust"), announced that its Board of Trustees declared a cash dividend of $0.25 per share payable to the holders of record on August 31, 2005 of the Trust's $1.00 par value, common stock. The Board anticipates that the dividend will be paid on September 21, 2005. The Trust makes equity investments in income-producing properties, principally multi-family housing.
