Green Plains Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2024 annual meeting of shareholders on May 7, 2024. All matters voted on were approved. The numbers of shares cast for, against or withheld are as follows:

1.Proposal to elect six directors, each to serve a one-year term that expires at the 2025 annual meeting.
